I published something about VGC earlier and now I'm posting my entire clean method (no format needed) (BIOS update optional)
1. Download Revo and uninstall Valorant, Riot Games, and Vanguard
1.1 Using All Bats from the Folder (using the Administrator) (The order in which you use the bat files is important)
1.3 Turn your computer off and on
2. Go to Regedit
2.1 CTRL + F (search for Riot Games, Riot Client, Riot Vanguard)
(The BAM location must be deleted using PowerShell)
2.2 Delete what you found in Regedit yourself / folders / files, etc.
3. Use the CRU and Disk IDs from the Folder
4. Use your Temp / Perm and create a new account
I've been using this method for a long time when testing various injectors / bypassers, and the cleaners work
