Bruv, to disable CSM you usually need to first disable Secure Boot in BIOS. Look under the ‘Boot’ or ‘Security’ tab depending on your BIOS version. Bruv here’s a straight up quick fix for you

If your PC’s already in UEFI mode and boot options ain’t changing then

1 disable Secure Boot in BIOS under Security tab
2 reset BIOS to default settings
3 update your BIOS firmware from manufacturer’s site
4 make sure Fast Boot is off
5 save changes and reboot

That should unlock the boot options and let you disable CSM proper
