My windows version is 1809. I tried to load 31.efi from the boot menu, it shows a blue screen saying "driver is working as expected, windows is booting now" but the cheat says failed to communicate with driver, can somebody help? I have secure boot turned off.

Download the efi file given at the bottom and burn it to the usb, then restart and open the computer with the usb, if it writes black text on the top left, it means it's done.
